It appears the Character Manager has a rule against using common words as names (and that's fine), the problem is it seems to have a bad parser. I wanted to make a Gnome named Niv, but Niv is apparently too close to knives.

Not sure where to post this, since you can't assist from inside the Character Manager.

Options:
CHOOSE (name) to choose your character's name.
CHOOSE SUGGEST to get a list of suggested names.
>choose Niv
Avoid using words like (knives) when choosing your name.
