Curious, should the "v2.00" be "v3.xx"?

I ask based on https://elanthipedia.play.net/Category:DragonRealms_Updates mentioning DR 3.x features, and the existence of a "DragonRealms 3.0" and "Dragon Realms 3.1 Test" forum folders.
