I've bugged this in the game, but I thought I would post it here as well. This item has been bugged for quite some time now.

ITEM: Dragonwood standard with a goldweave banner - (https://elanthipedia.play.net/Weapon:Dragonwood_standard_with_a_goldweave_banner)

ISSUES:

1) Item doesn't indicate that it can be worn - it can.
2) In order to wear the item, you have to have two free shoulder slots. Once you have two free slots, and you have worn the item, you can then replace any items you had to take off in order to wear it again.

QOL Improvements:
1) Could you please put in a study for this item, so that we can see the available verbs for both paladins and non-paladins
