For this Funday Friday:
The Thief Bonus is no longer tied to the Urban rating of the room the Thief is standing in. It is now completely derived from Confidence, maintaining the same bonus range as it did before. You should have a similar bonus to what you had before, but now can keep it in neutral areas as well as in the wilderness. As a reminder, you can SMIRK to check your Confidence.
You should see more of a hit from arrest and death than you typically would. You can offset this with a hunting trip.
