It's 99% trash loot quest from 2005 or whatever, no one has any reason to even really look for it anymore aside from the mirror blade. We are in serious need of a plat sink. Just a few QOL items would make a massive difference... Brass Monk Pendants.. Mana regen.. textbooks, almanacs.. more modern useful stuff
