Are the 30 day Plat trials still a thing? Can you use the trial if you've already subscribed to Plat before in the past?

I've signed up for Plat once or twice and it never lasted for more than a month because something always came up which cut my available playtime down so low that I couldn't justify paying for DR and canceled my account within the first month, but I'd love to give it a try again even if using the trial meant I had to start over from scratch(I think the highest I ever made it was like circle 8).
