Prime hours generally go from 4-16 unique people. Events are a bit on the low side right now, mainly because there's a lot of crossover between GMs who do Plat events and GMs who have their noses to the grindstone for 3.0 stuff. Not sure if the event-dip is similar in Prime: it might just be more noticeable in Plat because everyone generally talks to each other and it's much easier for a dozenish people to keep each other alert about minor/major event things as opposed to hundreds of people doing the same.
