This is an idea for two different creatures, inhabiting 3 different areas
- one with just "tribe", one with mixed, and one with only Undead Sirens

Backstory: During the reign of the Dragonpriests, a number of Bards went under the sacrificial knife in the lands surrounding Muspari.
There were a number of Bards who, not content to go to the void, whose spirit remained, and they have become bitter enemies of the living, whom they despise.
They have become the Sirens, and they lure all races <except s'kra> to be their "slaves" <the accursed tribes>,
including some Outcasts who were seperated from their own people for various reasons.

AREA EFFECT: in SIRENS and mixed area only : Similar - except the opposite of the effect on Mer'kresh and M'riss, the SIREN call
gives a 10 sec roundtime when they try to allure the adventurer. S'Kra Mur are immune to the effect. <reason being, they had tried
this on the dragon priests prior to their deaths, with no effect, hence why they were able to be killed originally>

when they came back from the dead, they are stronger than they were in life.

CRITTER1:
Level: roughly Adan'f/DP shalswar level
Name: Cursed tribes
Look: Would look like all races except S'Kra Mur
Recall: <based on the backstory above>
Details: Living,bipedal, Skinnable <yes, bones, scalps- humans are indeed skinnable as are the other races>,Loot,carry various weapons similar to "swain" - equiped with better than "character manager"
weapons although of the same template, and skilled in their use. Necromantic rituals would work on them.
Arrival Messaging: a gor'tog Tribesman lumbers into the area <other races would have similar "move" verbs. Backstabbable.
Attack Messaging: would attack similar to how adventurers do.
Location: to the extreme Southwest of Muspar'i, in a desert-mountainous region with caves holding the sirens, and the desert region
outside having the tribes. there would be extreme climbs located within the mountains, with possible exit
points leading south into Hib <to be written later>, and west to the barricade <to be written later>.


CRITTER2:
Level: celepeze level or above.
name: sirens
Look: would be dressed in bloodied rags, or ragged version of bardly type of dress <as in the riverhaven bard shop>, with twisted versions
of spirit knots and such
REcall <based on backstory above>
Details: Undead, Corporeal, Necromantic rituals would not work on them. They would cast the same spells as bards,
including some cyclic. They would be equipped also with either small or large edged weapons.
Attack messaging: same as bard spells.Backstabbable.
Arrival messaging : A siren sweeps into the area with a sardonic smile on its blued lips

Critter messaging, various type of "mock" type messages towards anyone attacking it.
LOcation: within the caves listed above.
