Hi folks.

Clouded arzumos had a bug in their special attack that was causing it to teach random skills to people, not the ones being contested. This has been squished by converting it to use our special attack utility. You may see slightly different messaging from them in some situations as a result. There were some behind-the-scenes updates to bring them up to modern standards, but that should be invisible on the player side. They should otherwise generally behave the same; there were no adjustments to their base skills/stats.
