I just rolled out some minor bug fixes to Rock and Swamp trolls.

Rock Trolls actually have enough skill to cast Tremor now.

Swamp Trolls had a few minor under the hood and cosmetic fixes, but should be a little better spell casters.

Do note - caster AI is still terribly dumb, so don't expect miracles. That's a bunch larger project.

Please let me know of any other creatures that either no longer cast at all post 3.0, or do the gesture thing where they never actually resolve the spell (Which is a different scenario than "Can cast once or twice and then keep failing" - that's just poor mana management.)
