I've made some adjustments to the Togball Field.

All creatures (except the Tusky) have a much bigger chance to spawn near a players. Additionally in the non premium head-splitters/stompers/maulers I've increased the spawn ratio.

Please let me know how these all feel. In particular I'm mulling over the premium section with the blended creatures; do people find that area useful? I don't really want to invest the time into breaking it up into multiple sections nor do I want to reduce the premie section to only one type of mob (the two obvious solutions). As it is it offers something a little different than the rest of the area, but that isn't inherently a good thing.
