Stompers and boxes 01/12/2017 11:10 AM CST

Was there a nerf to stomper box drop rate? Came out to fill up a pack or two with boxes to take with me for lockpicking practice and after 117 kills I had 4 boxes. Was I just having an extremely crappy hour of drops or was there a nerf sometime in the past year or so? I do use "loot boxes" as well.
