I no longer learn shield or plate in elders and other armors never get past 3/34. Problem is my lowest weapon is HT at 768. Any critter suggestions that I can hit and move armors?

Wyverns in Shard are good, Youngs teach defense to about 950-1000, Juveniles were good for me until about 1060 and Adults supposedly go to around 1300.

I don't know about young teaching that high, I usually never get over dabbling at 920's. I figured juvies taught to like 1100 or so at least because they teach pretty well at 920.
