Ok, so I seem to be near the soft-cap of where I am currently hunting, but I've been in and out of DR so many times in the past year and a half or so, that I don't even know where best to train anymore. Here's the relevant stuff.

Looking for somewhere better to train, and last time I tried Ratha Celps I wasn't ready yet, so not sure if I am by now or not. Everything else I remember from when I actively played either didn't seem to teach well, or was always too crowded to get any decent training in. Skills trainable nearby aren't really an issue, and skinning/boxes not really a priority. I can always find a way to get those moving.
