Howdy,
I'm apparently moving into the soft cap for baby/fledgling gryphons (Rossmans), and was wondering where I might find myself after I work through fledgling/young gryphons. A few questions:
1. How long can I stay in young/fledgling? I'm around 400 defenses, only 300 multi, however. Weapons are in the 350s. It isn't slowing down yet, just curious how much longer I have.
2. What future options are there on the mainland? I would like to avoid the islands if possible.
3. Will anything swarm/gen like gryphons in Rossmans? I find that such critters work much better for my fighting style.
4. Outdoors and skinnable are preferable.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks

You can do Warklin than Apes if you want to stay on the mainland. However; the Ratha Warklins are much better for spawn / rooms than the ones near Beisswurms.

I like purifiers quite a bit as they swarm well when hunting alone. Unfortunately, they are one of those rare creatures that spawn at a static X rate versus X per hunter. The spawn is 5 for the whole area, so if we're both in there, it may be pretty slow.

I don't know if this is different in TF but in Prime they definitely spawn 3/hunter

It would be unusual if it were different, but I was wrong anyway. It's 6 per hunter, not 5.
You take note of all the tracks in the area, so that you can hunt anything nearby down.
To the north:
1) a Dragon Priest purifier
To the northeast:
2) a Dragon Priest purifier
To the east:
3) a Dragon Priest purifier
To the southeast:
4) a Dragon Priest purifier
To the west:
5) a Dragon Priest purifier
Roundtime: 8 sec.
>look
[Cragstone Vale, Bramble Snarl]
Mikkhalbamar trees tower majestically overhead, the lowest branches twice the height of a Gor'Tog from the ground. A thick growth of thorny brush not only blocks the view, but also makes navigation nearly impossible. Bodies, in various states of decay, have been impaled on some of the thorns, whether in punishment or some macabre ritual, it is impossible to tell.
You also see a Dragon Priest purifier.
Obvious paths: north, northeast, east, southeast, south, southwest, west, northwest.

It's not a static amount of 6 per area in Prime. TF may be different as I've never played it.

I like Shalswar after Gryphons but it depends on whether you rely on shield or not.

i still get too beat up by the zealots. I can handle the shalswar, and the occasional sentinel, but it seems theres always zealots around with them.
