post-young ogres 04/01/2015 03:34 AM CDT

what would be the best thing to hunt after young ogres (outside west crossing gate)? they barely train my weapon (121), and give me no targeted (138), but they still can beat me up if i'm not on my toes with them (defenses are all in 80s-90s). what would be best, preferably not too far from crossing if possible.

I would recommend working defenses before moving higher up the ladder.

If your weapons are so far ahead of your defences then I would recommend adding a couple or few extra weapons to your rotation. That'll give you some more defence training time in addition to taking advantage of your ability to gain weapon experience well. You're still low enough that even starting a new weapon from 0 ranks should be doable in your current hunting ground with the level of Melee/Missile Mastery that I assume you have based on your weapon skill.
