Ok, so my empath is pretty much sick and tired of healing people. Are leeches still a viable way to learn empathy?

There are so many kinds, which ones should I start with? Here are my relevant stats:

Stamina : 22
Agility : 19
Charisma : 17
Discipline : 23
(didn't know if you really needed to know these, but put them in anyways)

First Aid: 76
Skinning: 38
Perception: 89
Mechanical Lore: 75

What do these worms teach empaths? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
