The at the foot slot, does this need more testing is it back in developing and then needing more QC?

The atlatl, with the new way combat is situated can it be set up, to push accuracy, Push some combat maneuver, and/or push strength. Tests prior to 3.0 suggested that it didn't really do anything functionally different then throwing it. So now that 3.0 and even 3.1, can it be revisited and possibly also allow for a blowgun dart delivery item?

Dual throw maneuver, we have a maneuver for close quarters, perhaps one for throwing?

Perhaps there is something else that throwing has something talk about, but hasn't seen the light of day. What is it?
