As of this morning, a number people are complaining of Tactics training not working unless you complete full Analyze Combos. Did something break when Foci went on?

<I'm no longer learning tactics or debilitation from things that used to teach me. Something's definitely wrong.


I dont doubt something is borked, but oddly enough I'm still learning it.

DR-Kodius did allude to something preventing a few things from releasing on schedule, some sort of 'Engine Bug'. Maybe this is the culprit?
