I'm curious why thrown weapons don't have a charged maneuver when aimed weapons do. I searched around but couldn't find an existing thread on this. Has it been discussed before?

Kodius mentioned a CCM for thrown awhile back. He was asking for possible names. I think development on this type of stuff may have gotten sidetracked due to Magic/Barrier work as well as RL time commitments. I don't know if it's still on the table but it has been brought up.
