Specifically I would like to address the baseline reduction to "to-hit" that accompanied this change. Was it intended to be large enough to cause a very significant increase in natural misses across all weapons?
To be specific, I am missing, not fumbling, but straight up missing almost twice as often currently. Would love to hear from other players to see if their performance has suffered today as noticeably as mine. Tested across a few characters and many weapons. Uniform increase in misses.
