What's the heaviest, hardest hitting slice damage medium edge weapon in the game? I'm thinking it's a tyrium cutlass but just want to be sure.

Heaviest I have listed is the haralun cutlass, but this is essentially the same as the tyrium one:

a tyrium cutlass ME 4 10 8 5 9 17 48 stones
a haralun cutlass ME 3 10 8 4 9 14 52 stones

Best puncture I have seen is 11 on an altered glaes sabre, from old crafting. For current crafting, you can get 10 puncture even with a steel sabre, though of course tyrium will outperform the steel in other ways. Here's what I have:

a tyrium thrusting blade ME 10 4 3 12 2 17 25 stones
a dull steel gladius [Kanton] ME 10 3 4 7 6 13 30 stones
a steel sabre ME 10 3 4 6 6 6 36 stones
old glaes sabre ME 11 3 2 7 5 9 20? stones

This is a good point actually. I took Leilond literally when he said "heaviest" -- but if he meant best slice then the scimitar wins.

I made a haralun hand axe that I love.

A haralun hand axe is a medium edged melee-ranged weapon.
A haralun hand axe trains the small edged skill.

You are certain that it could do:
low puncture damage
very heavy slice damage
somewhat heavy impact damage
no fire damage
no cold damage
no electric damage

The hand axe is inadequately designed for improving the force of your attacks.

You are certain that the axe is poorly balanced and is very well suited to gaining extra attack power from your strength.

You are certain that the hand axe is marginally vulnerable to damage, and is in pristine condition.

52 stones
Not sure if any of the other weapons mentioned have enough impact or suitedness to actually hit as hard as this one does, but certainly haven't tested.

I imagine the tyrium version of this would probably cross into great slice though (if not heavy impact as well).
