Alright. I got my 29 stone r/f fairly sabre, and I'm all ready to try to get some better parrying in.

What's my good combo? My friend likes feint draw thrust jab, but there's no power in that.

Olwydd recommends feint lunge thrust jab, but I tried that once yesterday and was almost toast. Probably not a great idea in a big multi situation.

If I'm writing a combat script, should I be doing one thing, and then when I've got the balance throw in the lunge? Can it go in anywhere?

Yea, I know this is hideaous, click reply to post and copy past it from the reply box into a text file, that way the tabs will come out right. The next version of the CEC will have this data in it. I'm still missing a few of these charts from SteelFlash's site, so if you have them PLEASE contact me.

So that's just a table to help me decide what to do, right? I'm just seeing a big wall of text. Heheh.

The move at the top is the move you just did, listed below is the move and the balance adjustment. Those charts are really useful for making your own combos, especially when moving between weapon types for offhand training or fun.

To make it easier for you, just use feint, lunge, thrust, jab, thrust, jab, repeat at feint or lunge. Parry after the combo for added position. Use feint, feint lunge, thrust, jab, thrust, jab in a multi situation.

Hanryu, I know this isn't the place, but I love that chart. Got that for brawling?
