Offhand Weapon EXP from Throwing Blades 03/07/2011 10:25 AM CST

I'm not sure if anything has changed but I seem to be learning significantly less Offhand Weapon EXP from THROW LEFT with 5 throwing blades. This has been going on for a few days now.
