There has been a lot of shifting of hands in regards to dual wield development and because of this I'm a bit uncertain as to what the current game plan is for the dual wielding system.

Would anyone be able to shed any light as to what we should and shouldn't hope to expect from this particular set of abilities? I'm really looking forward to this system.
