Steel shield embossed with an afis(purchased from the Visfarej Cehs shop in Siksraja) is a steel shield, but is repaired by leather repair shops.

Specifically, Catrox in the Crossing won't touch it while Randal in Wolf Clan will.

Just a heads up, it doesn't hurt to use BUG ITEM (with the shield in hand) and/or BUG ROOM (in the room where the shield is sold) than post here. It enters the issue in the tracking system GMs use to address these issues.

Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.
