Greetings once again...

Tonight (momentarily I hope), an initial reduction in the evasion penalty for preparing offensive spells should go live. Damissak, Valdrik, Rigby and I worked to come up with this interim fix, and I believe it is a step in the right direction. Team Magic and others, like myself, intend to continue to work on further revisions and revamping of the evasion penalty; however, this first step should provide some much needed relief. My thanks to everyone involved, particularly Damissak, who advanced the ball quite forcefully and prudently.
