Subject Small change to familiars. (437)

The way the roundtime for familiar speech is calculated has been changed. Your Magical Devices skill now works toward training down this roundtime. For many of you, there will be no roundtime associated with familiar speech. Concentration still will affect how quickly you can get your familiar to talk, so I don't expect to see people "spamming" with familiars. If you do, let me know. I have code to prevent this all written up and ready to insert if it's needed.

I'd like to thank the many people that have posted constructive suggestions about what they'd like to see with familiars, and I am pleased to note that for the most part we have the same concerns. I will get into more specifics about what is going on at Vegascon for those who are interested.
