Previously there had existed a bug that didn't correctly adjust Inner Fire levels when you had died. That bug has been corrected, and will be brought live sometime over the course of the next day.

You may find that it takes you longer to be able to use Inner Fire based abilities upon coming back to life once this change goes into effect. There may, however, be very special instances where that recovery time is partial reduced. ;)
