Smite Horde, the first paladin scroll-only spell, is now available. Due to behind the scenes considerations, a premium preview wasn't practical in this case, so it's available to both premium and basic members immediately.

The scroll can be purchased at the paladin shop on the grounds of the Crossing Paladin Guild.

Keep in mind that you need to know the other three smite spells in order to learn Smite Horde.
