Dazzle has been adjusted slightly:

1) First, non-Moon Mages should be able to cast it again (from magical devices, obviously). They will not be able to cast on items however.

2) Second, you can now cast it during the day. Be warned. If Xibar and Yavash aren't out but it is daytime, the min prep is much higher.

Steelstar:

1) Only one thing, when lodged in a critter, the Steelstar will linger around a little longer than it used to. Incidently, you can't use the Dazzle/Steelstar combo on a player, and that's not a bug so stop bugging it. <g>
