There was a small change made today (at a player's suggestion) to Perceive Health, so that an empath can no longer use it while shocked. Since it relies on the empathic senses to gather information, it seemed to make sense -- in fact, it was something I should have thought of myself.

Rumors notwithstanding, there haven't been any other changes to the mechanics of taking or sharing shock since the changes I posted about on February 9.
