At the suggestion of many, and because it was a darn good idea, Perceive Health now messages slightly differently if the person is very, very low on vitality. It also picks up more people than before -- meaning, I made the point at which you get the messaging that their essences are wavering start a bit higher so they don't have to be practically in death's arms before you see it.
