We're moving up the release date of the req changes to sometime tomorrow. Everything's in place...it'll happen when everyone involved is conscious enough to stagger to their respective computers and push the 'on' button for those new reqs. :)

As promised, the old general magic reqs:

1.2 ranks average per circle under 10th.
1.5 ranks average per circle between 10th and 30th.
2.0 ranks average per circle at and past 30th.

So 12 ranks for 10th, 42 ranks for 30th, 82 ranks for 50th, and a staggering 182(!) ranks for 100th.
