There are several noticeable changes at the upper levels, as you'll note. The major ones are the axing of the Servant (90+) title altogether, which will never again breathe life except if some GM NPC goes around in it, and the removal of Martyr (70+) and Transcendant (90+). Martyr deserves to be designated much higher, as does Transcendant...so these are going to be tossed into some indeterminant spot above 100th circle. No other present existing titles have been altered or are planned to be altered.
