Scholarship or Circle Minimum? 10/26/2005 01:59 AM CDT

Anyone know (and able to say) if there is a minimum number of ranks of Scholarship or minimum circle needed to be able to study a spellbook?

I just lent out my spare custom spellbook to someone, and they weren't able to study it. :(

I was small when I started reading mine. 20 something circle with 60 scholarship or so.

I could use my spellbook just fine at circle 11 with 33 scholarship, my spellbook matches my guild, if that matters.
