How does one go about locking TM? 08/18/2010 01:07 AM CDT

Arcane Magic: 232 64% dabbling (1/34) Harness Ability: 242 42% learning (3/34)
Power Perceive: 239 44% dabbling (1/34) Targeted Magic: 135 33% thinking (5/34)

What exactly am I suppose to do, so it is like swinging a weapon? Do I keep adding mana to the base prep? Do I add mana in harness form? Do I hunt forever with a t1 spell?

It's like shooting a weapon, or perhaps more accurately, like shooting a bow; you need to hunt creatures that you can hit but that aren't too easy. You don't need more mana or more powerful spells; one very good way to train is to repeatedly enter "prep bolt"/"target"/"cast" as rapidly as possible.

My script does:
prep bolt
face next
target
cast

It just loops that until it achieves the mindstate it's looking for in TM.
