TM accuracy, balance and face command 02/28/2016 11:12 AM CST

Just curious if I am getting better targeted magic accuracy by using the old prep, face, target method vs just target spell 30 method and if balance is a factor in its accuracy.

Prep-->Target vs targetting directly should not produce any different results.

Prepping before targeting is only required for more complex target commands.
