This just occurred to me as a minor thing that having higher First Aid skill could do. With regard to objects lodged in body parts, a sufficiently skilled person TENDing the area in question should remove all items lodged there, instead of just one at a time. Maybe dropping the objects becomes an automatic part of the process in this case, for those instances where you don't have seven hands with which to hold everything. It could also work with bloodsuckers too (I feel like those should be a little more prevalent than they are, anyway).

It isn't much, but it might be a nice little perk.
