Is there a way to buy a custom title that isn't through premium points? I've checked the simucoin store and don't see one so the answr is most likely no but thought I'd check in case I missed it somewhere.

Custom titles aren't available through the SimuCoin Store, but we have had a live merchant (at Hollow Eve 2018) that granted custom titles.
