About altering a tattoo...

Does your skin have to be clean (ie. no previous tattoos at all?) and can you alter an existing tattoo (has the perfect idea for a nice tattoo)?

Just curious, and if your skin has to be clean, make it harder to give a tattoo in the same spot if someone who gets tired of one, and gets another in the same spot. Cost more money or something.

Shops require you to remove a tattoo before getting a new one, I think.

Ivinn charges to remove a tattoo before making a new one, last I heard.

Elaynah wasn't charging for tattoo removal when making a new one.

Heh! Or perhaps she simply built the removal price into the cost of the tattoos eh? <wink>
