There already is nose, ear, and eyebrow jewelry and you don't need to be pierced for it. It's just like any other wearable item. If you're talking about someplace that sells some nice jewelry for these areas then I wouldn't mind seeing that, there are a large number of eyebrow rings in the treassure system right now though.

Yes there is already stuff like that you can wear, but as i remember its just a part of your inventory. Id like it to be a part of your description just like the tats are.
