What are the current places where one can get a tattoo? Many are listed on Elanthipedia, but some don't appear to show up on the maps they are listed on (Skin Art By Mothaki, among others). Were some of these only temporary?

Skin Art by Mothaki is in the estate holder hunting ground with snowbeasts/frostweavers in an alcove off the furrier's cave. Just at a quick glance it looks like some/most/or all? of the estate holder tattoo shops aren't marked on the maps but do exist.
