<<Really its all about finding the right person for you. I have a Kaldar trader that I have in Shard I went to every single barkeep (save Undershard) stableperson and pawnshop owner I could think of and in the whole of Ilithi only the barkeep in SteelClaw will talk to me so when you find one you have to stick by the one person in fact my suggestion is to roll up a newbie and stick em there in front of that person who will talk and just sign em in and ask about rumors everytime you log in.That wasn't the issue. It wasn't that people were going to NPCs would wouldn't talk to them, it was that the NPCs had nothing more to say. As in...when you go through the rumors for the day..and get to the end..you get the message about coming back later, because they'll know more then. People were getting that message all the time.
As I said, this system is one that needs to be consistently watched.
