Its really kind of a pain you need to find just the right person to talk to you I keep a novice Kaldar Trader in Steel Claw Clan cause Amercha is the only person in all of Shard who will talk to me. By the way wither they talk to you has nothing to do with circle in the event you think being a novice has anything to do with it

And the stableboy inside the Trader's Guild stable in Riverhaven will talk to everyone also.
