Sorry if this has been addressed - If I choose a spell that in a few weeks will have it's spell slots reduced, will I automatically regain those spell slots, or should I just wait?

Your spell slots are recalculated every time you type SPELLS, so you will regain those slots whenever 3.2 is released.

This is correct. I was on Test yesterday while Raesh was updating spells and I saw my slots go from -1 to 0 from typing SPELLS.

Yeah most definitely, It will even say that its doing it.

Yup, it also happens any time you ask a guild leader about magic or if you circle. Bright yellow text saying what happened. Impossible to miss.
