Seems that the Steelclaw stablemaster thinks that traders teach bareback. He told someone today to ask a trader about it. So I went to see him and:


Stablemaster Krison says, "You already know as much about that as I do. As a matter of fact, you could probably instruct others now if you wish."



Now I have never learned bareback. So I went to a ranger who was able to teach me. And afterwards I was not able to teach it. Assuming this stablemaster is just confused about bareback.
