What exact channel(s) does the local channel on gweths send thoughts too? 02/03/2017 04:38 PM CST

Does sending thoughts on the local channel send only to that channel, or does it send it to all channels, but only locally?

Those thoughts will be sent to the Local channel. Only those who are listening to the Local channel will hear you, and only if they are within old kyanite range.
