Rigby, can you check and see if the new constellations are being penalized for having clouds in front of them?

From some testing I just did, either the Hare is totally awesome compared to the Mongoose, or it isn't having its power affected by cloud cover. Or maybe the Mongoose got changed... because it was doing horrible, but I figured it was normal considering every constellation is covered with clouds right now.
