A GM mentioned this spell broke caps. Did it get a fix recently? Something certainly happened to make my defenses much less effective, so I'd like to rule this out if possible. However, I've ruled out everything else I can think of already.

Dart, SOP still isn't getting offered at 5th and is still not showing up until 6th, at least in Plat. I thought that had gotten fixed.
